Saturday, April 20

7-10 a.m. Coffee and light breakfast

10 a.m. Beach walk

12-2 p.m. Lunch out (not included in pricing)

3-5 p.m. Let’s talk friendship and making connections

6 p.m. Chef demo and meal tailored to all nutritional needs

Sunday, April 21

7-10 a.m. Coffee and light breakfast

10 a.m. Yoga/meditation onsite

12 p.m. Departure

$350/per person

Included: Yoga, Saturday night chef, seltzers/sodas, breakfast and snacks, house cleaner

Not included: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch
