In which I spend two days rotting on my couch and wondering if I'm imagining the whole thing. PLUS: what I watched and how to get your 50+ digestive system "moving."
I love a good rotting session! I also do the "am I sick or is this all in my head" mental flip-flop when I'm not feeling well. Why can't we just embrace it when we are sick?
Oof, the rot is real. I too have felt like pure caca all week, but trying to convince my body of American, raised female, history that I'm fine and should do some things. But first I gave into the rot. Or whatever you want to call it, kids. I'ma stick with rest. I rested. Thanks for the links, Amy, I look forward to that Cheryl Strayed episode. Feel better 🧡
Ooooh. Good to know. My other advice/experience from limited usage is a little goes a LONG way. Don't get carried away and do more than one night/dose or things get crazy.

I know, that seems to be a theme. Why can't we just succumb?
I just got over the rot myself. Thought I might never come out of Netflix binge rabbit holes. Feel better soon.
Ha. We are all rotting! I feel like I"m in really good company. xo

LOL the rot is REALS. I'm glad you gave in. And enjoy WCDHT with Dear Sugar, who is an American Treasure. :) xo
Big fan of the Oxi Powder but buyer beware your body does get used to it and it becomes less effective. 😞
