Top 5 quote: “Letting the common prayer of the human condition serve as the golden thread connecting us all as one. Reminding me, once again, that despite all our differences — man/woman, democrat/republican, chocolate/vanilla, morning people/night owls, right-handed/left-handed — we are all of us struggling. No one knows what they are doing. And deep down, we all just want the same things. Gah, it’s so simple and yet so hard.” Love it…..

“Letting the common prayer of the human condition serve as the golden thread connecting us all as one” —I love this line so much.

Your Frozen River review is quite a bit more gentle than mine. LOL.

Is that hilarious? Like we just had our big company kick off in a big ballroom off the bottom of those stairs he goes down in the video I shared. And a fun happy hour alongside the big wall that in the show has the menacing big Cold War-vibe face on (obvs in real life it's just a big blank wall that has our company logo sitting at the bottom. Random!

Fun facts: We've been in the office while they were filming and my coworker and I thought we were stallking Adam Scott and sent a pic we took to her husband who was like: That is not Adam Scott. ;) Also, we showed up for work one day in June and there was snow on the ground, which they'd pumped in for filming exterior shots. I'm gonna get around to rewatching season one and then dive into season 2!

My sons and I have become obsessed with the show. It started slow but ended up really pulling us in. The fact that we know the building makes the show even more interesting.

The Goldendoodle Girls? I’ll pass it on. I created my blog/authors website four years ago and still haven’t hit Publish because I’m too self-conscious. So I seek inspiration from brave warriors like you. I’ll let you know when I finally launch, it’s called Save as Draft because that’s what they are. I’ve got a true crime story going to publication shortly. It’s totally not on brand for me at all but you could say it happened right in front of me. I have a weird life. On another note, I’m told by some people (as Trump would say) —some of these people don’t even like me that much — that I’m pretty damn funny in my stories. I want to tackle a humor book and will be seeking a partner to do such. I’ll be holding off for 6 to 12 months on it because my husband just passed and probably not at my funniest ever. The truth is there’s been a lot of funny stuff around it, but I don’t think the world’s ready for this yet. Anyhoo, food for thought. Keep up your brilliant work. Smiles, Robin

Oh Robin, I am so so sorry for your loss and sending a big virtual hug. That's a lot of adjustment. Also, why do funny things happen during the most inappropriate times? While you're navigating all the change in your life, I'm so happy to have you here and please you need to tell us when you're ready to turn that website ON. xo
